• Mr. Richard is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2008 and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and has joined HLB Elyaa in 2022.
• Mr. Richard Cajandab is the Manager for tax and advisory of HLB Elyaa and has more than 15 years of combined experience in audit, advisory and tax consultancy services.
• Mr. Richard has an extensive international experience working on assignments in China, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Malaysia and Vietnam for internal audit, business risk advisory and agreed-upon procedures and has been with Grant Thornton Philippines as Lead Consultant under the Advisory Services Division.
• With HLB Elyaa, Mr. Richard has been engaged in various advisory services such as internal audit, valuation and financial modeling services, feasibility studies and business plan development, review and design of policies and procedures, CBB compliance, and other business risk advisory services.
• Mr. Richard’s exposure with the VAT or tax consultancy services includes tax compliance, tax registration, implementation and filing and assisting clients on various tax cases and assessments.
